Old Bahama Bay's Private Maintenance site allows it's staff to compile multiple mailing lists in order to send resort and real estate e-newsletters informing patrons and property owners of the happenings at Old Bahama Bay.

This system is also available to couples holding their wedding at one of the many venues available at Old Bahama Bay. This allows parties to upload pictures of their ceremony to an online Guest Wedding Album making them viewable by family and friends. A Guest Book gives friends the chance to send their blessing.
